Warm wood, cool light,
wild ingredients

Founded by chefs David and Lydia Jackman, Wildweed evolved from a pasta pop-up into a full-service dining experience rooted in foraged organics, local ingredients, and inventive, flavor-forward dishes. The interior mirrors the menu’s balance of grounded warmth and unexpected vibrancy: rich wood and leather tones offer an earthy foundation, while bold elements like a mushroom-centric centerpiece and sea-blue tiled wine niche add visual intrigue. A custom light rail sets the stage for both comfort and surprise as it winds around the space and washes the ceiling and dining spaces in a soft, atmospheric glow. At the chef’s counter, guests enjoy a set menu and a front-row seat to the creative action. It’s a space that is layered, composted, and honors fine details while making room for color, curiosity, and the unexpected.
