Lan Viet, a long-beloved local Vietnamese food stall, opened its second location inside the Dublin branch of the original North Market. To create a striking and functional presence, we designed an overhead trellis that serves as both signage and a menu board. Bamboo elements nod to the stall’s cultural roots, while green and orange tile, wallpaper, and paint reference the fresh herbs and bold spices central to the cuisine. The layout includes a dedicated order counter, to-go beverage area, and a dining counter where guests can eat, socialize, and watch the slow-cooked dishes being prepared. The result is a compact but vibrant environment that brings warmth, hospitality, and flavor to the fast-paced market setting.
